Wait 15 to 20 minutes, then lightly pass a propane torch over the surface at a 45-degree angle, with the tip of the torch at least 6 inches (15 cm) from the surface. Continue until all bubbles are gone. The carbon dioxide at the end of the flame facilitates the release of bubbles and their popping. If latent bubbles exit, a similar torching at 30 minutes may be needed. Drips can be sanded away after the item has cured.
